Description

  • Lead the end-to-end internal project lifecycle from requirements gathering through solution delivery and process implementation.
  • Conduct user interviews and stakeholder discovery sessions to identify business needs and translate them into actionable project requirements.
  • Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to maintain clarity, alignment, and transparency.
  • Collaborate with product managers, design, development, and other teams to deliver projects on time and at a high standard.
  • Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Lead change management efforts to support smooth transitions and stakeholder engagement.
  • Monitor project performance and KPIs to ensure alignment with objectives and business outcomes.
  • Lead business process implementation so solutions are adopted in day-to-day workflows.
  • Collect and analyze data to support decision-making and solution design.
  • Prepare progress reports, presentations, and status updates for stakeholders and senior management.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in project management.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and delivery skills.
  • Experience in business process analysis and optimization or product workflow buildup.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and both business and technical stakeholders.
  • Data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Experience working with AI or implementing AI into products or business processes.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements and deadlines.
  • English at B2 level or higher.
  • Ukrainian and/or Russian language is a plus.
