Description

Lead the end-to-end internal project lifecycle from requirements gathering through solution delivery and process implementation.
Conduct user interviews and stakeholder discovery sessions to identify business needs and translate them into actionable project requirements.
Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to maintain clarity, alignment, and transparency.
Collaborate with product managers, design, development, and other teams to deliver projects on time and at a high standard.
Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
Lead change management efforts to support smooth transitions and stakeholder engagement.
Monitor project performance and KPIs to ensure alignment with objectives and business outcomes.
Lead business process implementation so solutions are adopted in day-to-day workflows.
Collect and analyze data to support decision-making and solution design.
Prepare progress reports, presentations, and status updates for stakeholders and senior management.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in project management.
Strong organizational, planning, and delivery skills.
Experience in business process analysis and optimization or product workflow buildup.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and both business and technical stakeholders.
Data-driven approach to decision-making.
Experience working with AI or implementing AI into products or business processes.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements and deadlines.
English at B2 level or higher.
Ukrainian and/or Russian language is a plus.
