Description

  • Own end-to-end email campaign execution for 5-7 client brands, including creative briefs, designer direction, Figma QA, and client approvals.
  • Manage send calendars in ClickUp, including segmentation, exclusions, and suppression logic.
  • Monitor automation flows and forms against benchmarks and resolve issues with timing, audiences, deliverability, and triggers.
  • Create monthly campaign calendars 30-60+ days in advance.
  • Conduct weekly account health checks and proactively identify risks.
  • Manage day-to-day client communication and present campaign builds and rationale to secure approvals.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of hands-on lifecycle marketing experience.
  • Agency experience is preferred.
  • Daily working proficiency with Klaviyo, Shopify, and ClickUp.
  • Proven ability to manage 5-7 brands concurrently while maintaining quality.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve email automation performance issues.
  • Experience using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and Klaviyo AI in daily workflows.
  • C1-level written English and reliable asynchronous communication.
  • Experience working with client-side approval processes or a demonstrated record of improving a specific KPI is preferred.
  • Availability to work Monday-Friday, 9 AM-6 PM EST, including a one-hour lunch break.
