Description

  • Lead CRM initiative execution in Braze across email, SMS, push notifications, content cards, WhatsApp, and other channels.
  • Configure and customize Braze to implement approved strategies and campaigns.
  • Design and execute targeted campaigns using segmentation and personalization.
  • Collaborate with strategy teams and stakeholders to align campaign execution with strategic goals.
  • Partner with clients to understand needs and deliver tailored CRM solutions.
  • Manage and analyze large datasets to identify customer behavior and trends.
  • Guide project teams to ensure efficient operations, seamless delivery, and client satisfaction.
  • Create campaign documentation and reports, and measure performance against relevant metrics.
  • Maintain expertise in Braze features to deliver innovative client solutions.
  • Perform quality assurance on CRM campaigns, integrations, and documentation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a marketing automation specialist in the CRM space.
  • Strong experience with Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or HubSpot.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing.
  • Understanding of relational databases and data structures.
  • Experience analyzing data with SQL (preferred).
  • Experience working in an agency or client-facing environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and client-service skills.
  • Proactive approach and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • C1-level English proficiency.
  • Braze certifications, such as Practitioner or Marketer (preferred).
  • Extensive experience using Braze features (preferred).
