Description

  • Identify relevant creators, communities, and professional groups aligned with the company’s audience.
  • Evaluate the quality of audience engagement, not just follower counts.
  • Start outreach conversations via LinkedIn, email, and other social platforms.
  • Maintain consistent, professional follow-ups to move conversations forward.
  • Build long-term relationships with partners and become a trusted point of contact.
  • Keep partners informed about services, updates, and partnership opportunities.
  • Maintain organized communication records, documentation of agreements, and referral tracking.
  • Support onboarding of new partners and coordinate partnership terms and referral structures.
  • Monitor partner performance, identify high-performing channels, and report on results.
  • Collaborate with marketing and leadership to share partner feedback and improve messaging.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in partnerships, customer success, sales support, recruitment, or outreach roles.
  • Strong written communication in English.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Comfortable working with U.S. teams and U.S. time zones.
  • Able to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
  • Reliable with follow-up and accountability.
  • Experience in recruiting, staffing, HR services, or other B2B services is preferred.
  • Experience working with influencers or referral programs is preferred.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach is preferred.
  • Experience tracking leads in spreadsheets or a CRM is preferred.
