Description

  • Manage bilingual client communications in English and Spanish throughout the demand process.
  • Coordinate settlement negotiations and release documentation with insurance adjusters.
  • Process, maintain, and organize accurate case documentation and lien records.
  • Follow up with clients and insurance representatives to keep cases moving toward resolution.
  • Support demand writers with administrative tasks and correspondence management.
  • Maintain communication and documentation flow across the legal team and external parties.

Requirements

  • Professional bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish to communicate effectively with clients and adjusters.
  • Availability for full-time work during Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM PST.
  • Experience handling legal documentation such as releases, CMS forms, PLED waivers, and 1.5.1 forms.
  • Strong phone communication skills for inbound and outbound client and insurance adjuster interactions.
  • Strong organizational skills to maintain client files and track case-related documentation.
  • Ability to coordinate settlements and obtain signed legal documents from clients and relevant parties.
  • Experience processing and following up on medical and legal liens and subrogation matters.
  • Experience managing professional correspondence through mail and electronic communication channels.
  • Some college coursework completed.
  • Ability to accurately take and relay messages between internal legal team members.
