Description

  • Collaborate with product management, operations, quality, and software engineering teams to deliver solutions.
  • Configure and develop remote infrastructure in AWS.
  • Design the CI/CD tooling and platform roadmap and own the lifecycle of these platforms.
  • Integrate DevOps systems with infrastructure and automation orchestration platforms using established architectural patterns such as APIs.
  • Support developers with cloud-based application configuration for deployment, monitoring, and automation.
  • Implement application performance monitoring, logging, dashboards, and alerting systems.
  • Harden services and apply security best practices throughout automated CI/CD processes.
  • Optimize applications and infrastructure for speed and scalability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
  • 3–5 years of professional DevOps experience.
  • Experience with containerization and microservice deployment using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Proficiency in Python and Bash, with the ability to troubleshoot Elixir, PHP, JavaScript, or similar codebases.
  • Experience building reusable Terraform code and modules; cloud-resource migration into infrastructure as code is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with Prometheus, Grafana, and Loki, including service instrumentation, dashboards, and alerting rules.
  • Experience with AWS and Azure.
  • Experience with Git, Jenkins, Docker, and Ansible, Chef, Puppet, or similar tools.
  • Experience working with Agile teams and incorporating security best practices into the software development lifecycle.
  • Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis, or similar relational and key-value data stores.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Commitment to readable, well-designed, well-architected, and well-tested software.
