Description

  • Acquire new B2B clients in the Czech and Slovak markets through outbound outreach and meeting booking.
  • Lead sales meetings, prepare offers, and close deals.
  • Work with inbound leads from marketing, including follow-up and conversion.
  • Collaborate with the client success team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
  • Develop and use AI-driven sales processes for pitches, research, follow-ups, and automation.
  • Partner with marketing on custom sales materials and campaigns.
  • Contribute to the sales strategy for expanding the business portfolio.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of active B2B sales experience with proven results, ideally in SaaS, a startup, or a scaleup.
  • Strong ability to drive deals through to close.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • High self-motivation and strong results orientation.
  • Fluent Czech or Slovak and English at B2 level or higher.
  • Active daily use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, or similar for research, pitch preparation, follow-ups, and productivity.
  • Experience selling to HR departments is a plus.
  • Experience with Pipedrive or another CRM is a plus.
  • Experience selling in regulated or sensitive industries such as healthcare, wellbeing, or benefits is a plus.
  • Experience working in a remote setup is a plus.
