Description

  • Create and localize Romanian market marketing campaigns and copy.
  • Run small cross-channel marketing tests and evaluate their impact using performance results.
  • Lead influencer collaborations for the Romanian market.
  • Own the strategy and day-to-day management of organic social media channels in Romania.
  • Plan and execute PR stunts, brand pop-ups, and local brand collaborations.
  • Manage local event and festival presence from concept through logistics to execution.
  • Work independently on a defined area of the marketing agenda with direct reporting to the COO.

Requirements

  • Native-level Romanian (C2) with strong copywriting and editing skills, plus English at B2 level.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or influencer coordination.
  • Ability to read performance dashboards and evaluate metrics such as CTR, CPA, and conversion rate.
  • Proven experience independently leading a project from idea to launch.
  • Active use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar as part of the workflow.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally within Romania for in-person collaborations and PR activations.
  • Basic SEO knowledge (nice to have).
  • Deeper data literacy around performance channels (nice to have).
  • Basic skills with Canva, Figma, or CapCut for minor visual edits (nice to have).
  • Experience in a sensitive or regulated field such as healthcare, mental health, or fintech (nice to have).
