Description

  • Grow Chemin's presence across LinkedIn and newsletters.
  • Plan and execute community initiatives, events, and ecosystem engagements.
  • Turn research, insights, and technical content into stories, articles, social posts, and newsletters.
  • Build and nurture the AI community through online engagement and offline experiences.
  • Support campaigns that drive awareness, partnerships, and qualified leads.
  • Work closely with researchers, founders, and cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in growth, marketing, communications, content, community, or event management.
  • Strong writing ability and experience turning complex ideas into engaging stories.
  • Experience managing social media, especially LinkedIn, and email newsletters.
  • Interest and experience in planning events and bringing communities together.
  • Organised, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple projects.
  • Ownership mindset, quick learning ability, and willingness to experiment with new ideas.
  • Curiosity about AI, technology, startups, and the future of work.
  • Preferred experience running newsletters, communities, or events.
  • A portfolio, personal brand, side project, or creative work is a plus.
  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, Notion, CapCut, or Figma is a plus.
