Description

  • Recruit new therapist capacity for the Czech market through outbound sourcing and inbound applications.
  • Own the full funnel from pre-screening and interviews to contracts and monthly onboarding cohorts.
  • Activate therapist profiles and manage the administrative steps needed to get therapists live quickly.
  • Automate routine workflows using tools such as Airtable, Typeform, and AI tools.
  • Work with Marketing on campaigns targeting capacity shortages and track conversion metrics.
  • Take on adjacent projects as the platform expands into other specialist roles.
  • Run the whole therapist-capacity workflow independently within the first three months.

Requirements

  • Fluent Czech or Slovak at C1/native level and fluent English at B2+ level.
  • Experience with outbound outreach and working toward clear numeric targets.
  • High comfort with digital tools and automation such as Airtable, Typeform, and Notion or similar.
  • Demonstrated interest in psychology or mental health through studies, work, volunteering, or similar.
  • Active daily use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, or Gemini.
  • First hands-on experience in recruitment, HR, or an SDR/BDR role is a plus.
  • Familiarity with the legal and regulatory landscape around psychotherapy in the Czech Republic is a plus.
  • Suitable as a first or second job in recruitment for candidates with strong drive for numbers and tech comfort.
  • Not suited for someone who prefers passive, instruction-led work.
  • This is a junior role.

  • EUR 1,300/month flat base salary on a freelance/B2B (IČO) basis.
  • Performance bonus of up to EUR 300 per tertial tied to therapist-activation goals.
