Description

  • Resolve client and therapist requests over chat and email from start to finish, including ownership of compensation decisions and therapist coordination.
  • Make proactive outbound calls to gather feedback, guide clients toward booking, and convert interest into sessions.
  • Handle emotionally sensitive conversations with care and empathy.
  • Keep localized Hungarian support content up to date.
  • Help improve and fine-tune the AI support agent so human support can focus on complex, high-empathy cases.
  • Identify recurring issues and share feedback to improve internal processes.
  • Work closely with a small customer care team supporting multiple international markets.

Requirements

  • Native Hungarian speaker with full fluency for complex and sensitive client conversations.
  • English proficiency at B2+ level for internal documentation, meetings, and one-on-ones.
  • 1+ years of experience in proactive phone outreach, telesales, or active account management.
  • Proven ability to work fully remotely and independently, using ticketing or task tools to track and close cases.
  • Strong experience handling high-emotion or distressed customer interactions with empathy in writing and on calls.
  • Active use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, or Gemini in daily work.
  • Experience with Fin (Intercom), Google Workspace, and Notion is preferred.
  • Direct experience supporting customers in acute psychological distress is preferred.
