Description

  • Assist with sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and online communities.
  • Review resumes and applications and support candidate screening.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain recruitment data and help prepare regular progress reports.
  • Represent the company professionally and help ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements.
  • Support an efficient and impartial recruitment process.
  • Assist with administrative and business partnering activities.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Genuine interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, and people operations.
  • Previous internship or volunteer experience in recruitment or HR is a plus, but not required.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Comfortable using social media, especially LinkedIn, and basic recruitment tools.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace or MS Office is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Structured, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and willing to learn in a fast-changing start-up environment.
  • Open to feedback and able to build cooperative working relationships.
