Description

  • Collaborate with internal partners to maintain project timing and delivery.
  • Provide project management support for the production team.
  • Attend weekly meetings and adjust schedules based on project updates.
  • Work cross-functionally to update employee resources and establish a regular update process.
  • Collaborate with team members across the D&D organization.
  • Help keep teams on track through day-to-day studio coordination.

Requirements

  • Professional experience in project management for an equivalently sized company.
  • Experience planning sprint- and agile-based schedules.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, and project management tools such as Smartsheet.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to write effectively for different levels within the organization.
  • Ability to remain organized, balance multiple projects, and prioritize tasks without compromising results.
  • Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
  • High integrity, critical thinking, and a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
  • Hybrid schedule with three days per week in the Renton, WA office.
  • Preferred/selected work arrangement details include a temporary assignment through an external staffing agency, W2 employment with Eastridge, and contingent worker status.

  • Starting pay range of $43/hour to $55/hour.
  • Pay transparency range of $45/hour to $60 USD.
