Develop high-difficulty pathology and laboratory medicine cases and benchmark tasks.
Review pathology reports, laboratory findings, clinical histories, and longitudinal medical records.
Identify significant findings, inconsistencies, missing information, diagnostic risks, and documentation gaps.
Evaluate AI-generated outputs for diagnostic accuracy, clinical relevance, terminology, completeness, and patient safety.
Create gold-standard answers and clinically defensible reference solutions.
Correlate pathology interpretations with clinical context and other diagnostic findings.
Assess differential diagnoses and identify unsupported or unsafe conclusions.
Apply structured rubrics to evaluate reasoning, terminology, documentation quality, and clinical accuracy.
Participate in peer review and calibration for complex or ambiguous cases.
Incorporate feedback to refine tasks through iterative review cycles.

Requirements

Medical degree or equivalent professional qualification with a specialization in Pathology or Laboratory Medicine.
Active or recently held professional license, registration, board certification, or recognized pathology credential in the candidate’s country.
Approximately 8+ years of professional pathology experience.
Strong diagnostic experience interpreting pathology findings and correlating them with clinical information.
Ability to review complex, fragmented, and longitudinal medical records.
Experience producing or reviewing formal diagnostic reports and clinical documentation.
Strong written English with the ability to provide precise, clinically defensible reasoning.
Availability for a 12-week contractor assignment, part-time or full-time (20–40 hours per week).
Based in Bangladesh, Brazil, Colombia, Egypt, Ghana, India, Indonesia, Nigeria, or Turkey.
