Description

  • Review AI-generated legal explanations, regulatory interpretations, compliance information, and legal documentation for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Assess legal reasoning and conclusions against applicable laws, regulations, and established legal principles.
  • Research and validate information using legislation, regulatory guidance, government resources, and other authoritative references.
  • Identify inaccurate statements, unsupported interpretations, missing requirements, and potential compliance concerns.
  • Apply jurisdiction-specific legal and regulatory knowledge for Mainland China or Spain.
  • Evaluate completed work against project instructions, quality criteria, and established standards.
  • Document findings, explain inaccuracies, and recommend corrections supported by authoritative sources.
  • Complete independent evaluations through online platforms while maintaining confidentiality and meeting deadlines.

Requirements

  • Approximately 3–5 years of relevant experience in legal services, regulatory compliance, legal research, corporate or commercial law, or a related field.
  • Relevant academic qualifications in law, legal studies, business law, regulatory affairs, compliance, or a related discipline.
  • Professional experience or education involving Mainland China’s legal or regulatory environment, or professional experience involving Spain’s legal or regulatory environment.
  • Knowledge of applicable laws, regulatory frameworks, compliance requirements, or legal procedures in the relevant market.
  • Experience interpreting legal documents, evaluating regulatory information, and identifying inaccuracies or unsupported conclusions.
  • Ability to research and validate legal information using authoritative sources.
  • Strong written English communication skills; all project work is conducted in English.
  • Ability to work independently, follow detailed evaluation guidelines, maintain confidentiality, and meet quality standards and deadlines.
  • Comfort using digital documentation, legal research resources, and web-based platforms.
  • For Mainland China expertise, current residence in Singapore, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Malaysia, the UK, or the US; for Spain expertise, current residence in Europe or the US.
