Description

  • Conduct welcome calls and maintain regular communication with injured clients about recovery progress.
  • Facilitate medical treatment and monitor client compliance with doctor recommendations.
  • Serve as the central point of contact between the lawyer, client, medical providers, and insurance adjusters.
  • Gather medical records and bills for personal injury cases.
  • Organize the demand package for settlement submission.
  • Track case progress and maintain accurate file details and data.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong data accuracy.
  • Knowledge of U.S. insurance claims and reporting for auto or health insurance.
  • High level of empathy and a compassion-focused approach for injured clients.
  • Paralegal training or experience in personal injury law is preferred.
  • Familiarity with personal injury terminology is preferred.
  • Experience working directly as or with insurance adjusters is highly preferred.
  • Open to working night shifts.
  • Minimum system requirement: Intel Core i5-6000 (6th Gen) or AMD Ryzen 5 or higher, 8 GB RAM, Windows 11 64-bit or macOS Ventura, USB noise-cancelling headset, and a clear camera.
  • Backup system requirement: Secondary computer meeting the same processor, RAM, OS, headset, and camera standards, or a UPS capable of powering the workstation for at least 3 hours.
  • Internet requirement: DSL/Fiber primary connection with at least 100 Mbps contracted speed and a backup connection of at least 20 Mbps.
