Description

  • Manage a pipeline of students and graduates through one-on-ones, employer engagement, and scalable programming.
  • Coach students and graduates through the transition from classroom learning to job seeking and reduce anxiety with clear guidance.
  • Deliver recurring one-on-one and classroom-based career coaching content and programming.
  • Develop and update student-facing career development resources in partnership with curriculum teams.
  • Track student progress, identify risks, and alert teammates and stakeholders when students are struggling or disengaging.
  • Build and maintain relationships with corporate hiring managers and local tech employers to expand graduate access to opportunities.
  • Coordinate with student success, instructional, admissions, and marketing teams to ensure a consistent student experience.
  • Manage Google Classroom by uploading resources, assignments, and session materials.
  • Support career and outcomes analytics by gathering data, contributing to reports, and sharing insights.
  • Assist with event planning, logistics, and execution for General Assembly events and placement activities.

Requirements

  • Bahraini National.
  • Bilingual in Arabic and English, spoken and written.
  • At least 2 years of experience in career coaching, partnerships, and/or community management.
  • Training and coaching experience and/or relevant qualifications.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience conducting career coaching sessions or working in career services is desired.
  • Data analysis and reporting skills are a plus.
  • Ability to work in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative, professional, and highly motivated, with the ability to work with local and global teams.
  • Able to manage a caseload of 75+ students and graduates.
  • Minimum tenure of 18 months before transitioning to Senior Career Coach.

  • Opportunity to work on a national academy partnership in Bahrain.
  • One-year contract.
