Description

  • Assign customer jobs to technicians based on availability, location, and skill set.
  • Communicate job details to technicians by phone, chat, and email.
  • Gather and verify customers' technical information to prepare technicians for service visits.
  • Track open jobs in real time and follow up through technician-confirmed completion.
  • Handle inbound and outbound communication with customers and technicians.
  • Resolve scheduling conflicts and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Meet daily and weekly job-assignment targets.
  • Document dispatch activities accurately in CRM and dispatch systems.

Requirements

  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Strong organizational ability to manage multiple jobs and follow-ups.
  • Comfort using dispatch and CRM systems.
  • Confident, empathetic, and persuasive phone communication skills.
  • Results-driven approach and ability to meet targets.
  • Ability to troubleshoot unexpected scheduling or service issues.
  • Previous customer service, call center, scheduling, or dispatch experience is preferred.
  • Own a working Windows computer; Mac devices are not compatible.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection.
  • Ability to work 6 days per week, 8 hours per day, aligned with EST.
  • Willingness to undergo a background check if selected.
