Description

  • Set the venture’s direction and lead overall execution as Co-Founder & CEO.
  • Refine the ideal customer profile, pricing model, and product positioning.
  • Lead customer development with practice owners and revenue cycle leaders and convert pilots into paid engagements.
  • Build and own the go-to-market motion for the company.
  • Partner with the product and engineering team to ship the V1 product and iterate based on user feedback.
  • Lead the seed fundraising process with support from FutureSight’s network and early traction.
  • Recruit, lead, and retain the founding team.
  • Establish the company’s culture and operating foundation from inception.
  • Work closely with FutureSight’s cross-functional venture-building team as a co-creation partner.

Requirements

  • Direct exposure to healthcare revenue cycle, medical billing, or denial management.
  • Understanding of denial codes, administrative denials, and fragmented billing systems such as Tebra, eClinicalWorks, and Availity.
  • Previous founding experience at a venture-backed company.
  • Demonstrated success in B2B AI or B2B SaaS go-to-market, including sales and customer engagement.
  • Fundraising fluency, including the ability to develop investor narratives and close capital.
  • Proven ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
  • Clear-eyed understanding of the risks and demands of co-founding a venture-backed company.
  • Resume, LinkedIn profile, and a brief note on why the venture aligns with your founder goals are required to apply.
