Description

  • Serve as the primary operational support for one or more Risk Advisors and manage day-to-day account tasks.
  • Prepare, review, and help finalize insurance quotations, proposals, renewals, and endorsements.
  • Maintain accurate data across insurance systems, CRMs, and editable PDF documents.
  • Audit and update client records and policy information to preserve data integrity.
  • Prepare, review, and issue certificates of insurance and related policy documents.
  • Gather, organize, and validate client data and supporting documentation for insurance applications.
  • Monitor billing activities with clients and carriers and flag discrepancies proactively.
  • Track outstanding documentation, policy subjectivities, and compliance requirements through completion.
  • Draft and send professional communications to clients and carriers on behalf of the Risk Advisor.
  • Review work completed by junior assistants or support staff and identify process improvements.

Requirements

  • Strong experience with commercial and business insurance is required.
  • Proven experience working directly with underwriters on manually underwritten commercial policies, including submissions, follow-ups, and revisions.
  • Advanced knowledge of insurance terminology, documentation, and workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with insurance management systems and CRMs.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple client accounts with high service standards.
  • Leadership mindset with the ability to take ownership and guide others when needed.
  • Highly detail-oriented, quality-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • High learning agility, adaptability, and problem-solving ability.
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and accountability.
  • Ability to work 5 days a week, including one weekend day, with 2 consecutive days off.
  • Availability to work 9am to 6pm EST.
  • Location in the Philippines or India for remote work.
  • Front experience is a plus.
