Description

  • Work qualified inbound leads provided by the Lead Qualification team.
  • Communicate with clients primarily by phone and follow up by email.
  • Collaborate with the Estimating Department to prepare and present project estimations.
  • Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within company guidelines.
  • Explain technical aspects of custom glass products to clients.
  • Maintain accurate and structured CRM records in HubSpot, including notes, pipeline updates, and communication history.
  • Provide timely, professional communication throughout the sales process with U.S.-based clients.
  • Handle objections and guide clients through the full sales cycle.

Requirements

  • 2–3+ years of sales experience, preferably in full-cycle closing roles.
  • Previous remote work experience is strongly preferred.
  • Experience working with U.S.-based clients is a strong advantage.
  • C1+ / near-native spoken English for daily calls with U.S. clients.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to handle client objections professionally and confidently.
  • Strong client communication skills with the ability to build trust and explain product value clearly.
  • Experience working with CRM systems; HubSpot experience is a plus.
  • Ability and willingness to learn a technical/custom product in detail.
  • Full-time availability from 8:30 am to 5 pm New York time on a B2B contract.
