Description

  • Own technical architecture across Salesforce and Node.js systems.
  • Lead end-to-end development execution and delivery.
  • Manage, guide, and evaluate developers directly to improve team performance.
  • Drive development velocity by identifying and removing bottlenecks.
  • Establish engineering standards, accountability, and delivery expectations.
  • Train and ramp Node.js developers into Salesforce with hands-on technical oversight.
  • Work directly with the CEO and leadership team on priorities and execution.
  • Make final technical decisions when needed to keep delivery unblocked.
  • Take direct accountability for architecture decisions, delivery outcomes, and team performance.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of software development experience.
  • Strong Salesforce experience at the architecture level.
  • Proven experience as a technical architect.
  • Strong hands-on Node.js experience in production systems.
  • Experience managing developers and being accountable for delivery.
  • Ability to design and own end-to-end system architecture.
  • Strong ownership mindset with a focus on execution.
  • Ability to quickly assess team capability, identify gaps, and address them.
  • Comfort making decisions and being accountable for them.
  • Ability to train developers who do not have Salesforce experience.
