Description

  • Own the creation, tracking, and velocity of the enterprise sales pipeline from MQL to SQL to pipeline value.
  • Lead the internal marketing team by setting KPIs, removing roadblocks, and managing day-to-day execution.
  • Design, execute, and optimize multi-channel demand generation campaigns for high-ACV enterprise accounts.
  • Partner with Sales and company leadership to improve GTM performance and strategic selling initiatives.
  • Refine and support the company's account-based marketing playbooks.
  • Deliver clear executive reporting focused on pipeline ROI, customer acquisition cost, and conversion rates.
  • Shield the CEO from daily marketing operational issues and take direct ownership of marketing operations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an early marketing leader or key growth driver at a rapidly scaling B2B SaaS company.
  • Demonstrated experience building pipeline for enterprise buyers with $100k+ ACV.
  • Experience navigating complex enterprise buying committees.
  • Hands-on, tactical execution style with the ability to write copy, build campaigns, and analyze data directly.
  • Deep experience with marketing automation tools.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM integration.
  • Experience with ABM orchestration platforms.
  • Experience with intent data tools.
  • Ability to work in a fractional, part-time contract role.
  • Track record of staying long enough to see the compounding impact of marketing strategies.
