Description

  • Build target lists from defined ideal customer profiles and maintain accurate, deduplicated records.
  • Set up and manage domains, mailboxes, warmup, sending limits, and outbound infrastructure.
  • Monitor and improve deliverability, including diagnosing bounces, spam placement, and declining reply rates.
  • Write personalized cold emails for US prospects without relying on generic mail-merge templates.
  • Run multi-touch email and LinkedIn campaigns, including follow-ups.
  • Track campaign performance, run tests, and optimize reply rates and meetings booked.
  • Identify and engage healthcare experts, clinicians, operators, and potential customers for new thesis research.
  • Conduct personalized outreach to downstream investors and potential limited partners, managing lists, sequences, and follow-up.
  • Return outreach insights and resulting signals to research and investment teams in an actionable format.
  • Set priorities independently on a project basis and report progress against agreed deliverables and timelines.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience, primarily in hands-on cold outreach campaigns that booked meetings.
  • Demonstrated ownership of metrics such as reply rate, meetings booked, or pipeline.
  • End-to-end experience across data sourcing, enrichment, infrastructure, deliverability, copywriting, campaign execution, and optimization.
  • Direct experience at an early-stage company where outreach was owned as a sole function.
  • Experience running outreach to US prospects and writing effectively for that audience.
  • Strong written English and the ability to produce natural, human-sounding cold emails.
  • Practical experience with Apollo, Clay, Smartlead or Instantly, and a CRM such as HubSpot.
  • Hands-on use of AI tools such as Claude, including AI research, personalization, prompt chains, and Clay AI columns.
  • Experience connecting tools through Zapier, n8n, or custom scripts.
  • Healthcare experience and exposure to outreach at larger, structured organizations are preferred.
