Description

  • Own the creation, tracking, and velocity of the enterprise sales pipeline from MQL to SQL to pipeline value.
  • Lead the internal marketing team by setting KPIs, removing blockers, and managing day-to-day execution.
  • Design, execute, and optimize multi-channel enterprise demand generation campaigns for high-ACV accounts.
  • Partner with Sales and company leadership to strengthen the go-to-market engine and support strategic selling initiatives.
  • Refine and improve account-based marketing playbooks.
  • Deliver executive reporting on pipeline ROI, customer acquisition cost, and conversion rates.
  • Shield the CEO from daily marketing operational noise and provide hands-on marketing leadership.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an early marketing leader or key growth driver at a rapidly scaling B2B SaaS company.
  • Demonstrated success building enterprise pipeline for buyers with $100k+ ACV.
  • Experience navigating complex buying committees in enterprise sales environments.
  • Highly tactical, hands-on approach with willingness to write copy, build campaigns, analyze data, and execute directly.
  • Deep experience with marketing automation tools and CRM integration, especially Salesforce.
  • Experience with ABM orchestration platforms and intent data tools.
  • Ability to work in a fractional, part-time contract role on a short-term basis.
  • Track record of staying long enough in prior roles to demonstrate the compounding impact of marketing strategy.
