Description

  • Own the creation, tracking, and velocity of the enterprise sales pipeline from MQL to SQL to pipeline value.
  • Lead the internal marketing team by establishing KPIs, removing blockers, and managing day-to-day execution.
  • Design, execute, and optimize multi-channel demand generation campaigns for high-ACV enterprise accounts.
  • Partner with Sales and leadership to improve GTM performance and refine account-based marketing playbooks.
  • Support strategic selling initiatives across the enterprise revenue process.
  • Deliver executive reporting on pipeline ROI, customer acquisition cost, and conversion rates.
  • Shield the CEO from daily marketing operational issues while driving marketing execution.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an early marketing leader or key growth driver at a rapidly scaling B2B SaaS company.
  • Verifiable experience building enterprise pipeline for buyers with $100k+ ACV.
  • Experience penetrating complex buying committees in enterprise sales cycles.
  • Highly tactical, hands-on execution style with the ability to write copy, build campaigns, and analyze data directly.
  • Deep experience with marketing automation tools and CRM integration, especially Salesforce.
  • Hands-on experience with ABM orchestration platforms and intent data tools.
  • Ability to work in a fractional, part-time contract, short-term remote role.
  • Track record of staying long enough in prior roles to demonstrate the compounding impact of marketing strategies.
