Description

Facilitate Zoom deposition sessions with professionalism and warmth.
Troubleshoot basic technical issues for participants, including audio and screen sharing problems.
Help ensure transcript quality by maintaining optimal audio conditions for transcription software.
Administer oaths and manage on-the-record and off-the-record moments during proceedings.
Handle procedural steps that support a smooth legal process.
Work from provided scripts and procedural forms accurately and on time.
Maintain confidentiality and a composed, professional presence throughout each proceeding.

Requirements

Active Notary Public license in the state of New Mexico.
Remote Online Notarization (RON) Certification from the New Mexico Secretary of State, required before the start date.
Must be physically located within the State of New Mexico while performing all remote notarial acts.
Strong internet connection and access to a quiet, professional workspace.
Video-enabled computer with necessary software capabilities.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to generally accommodate standard business hours, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM local time.
Familiarity with Zoom or other video conferencing software.
Experience in the legal industry is a plus.
