Description

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch digital products and services for world-leading organizations.
  • Design visually compelling, high-functioning user interfaces for applications, websites, and digital products.
  • Lead and define principles for human-centered digital experiences.
  • Build scalable, accessible, and expressive design systems.
  • Ensure visual consistency and coherence across products using Figma and component libraries.
  • Create and document micro-interactions and UI motion briefs.
  • Partner with conceptual and UX designers to iterate on wireframes and navigation frameworks.
  • Translate client goals into design solutions grounded in research, usability, and system thinking.
  • Represent the design discipline in cross-functional meetings and help align strategic and experiential perspectives.
  • Contribute to how people interact with AI through product design.

Requirements

  • Must be willing to work North American hours.
  • 4+ years of experience in the design industry with a focus on human-centered digital experiences.
  • A strong portfolio spanning a wide variety of digital products, services, and experiences.
  • Deep expertise in design systems, including structure, scalability, and documentation.
  • Strong command of UI best practices, including page design, layout, and interaction visuals.
  • Demonstrated ability to design based on data and user insights.
  • Strong understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
  • Proficiency in designing and iterating on UX-provided wireframes into production-ready UI.
  • Expertise in navigation frameworks, product flows, and system-level thinking.
  • Highly skilled in Figma, including shared libraries, plugins, and design system components.
  • Ability to create and document micro-interactions and UI motion briefs.
  • Exceptional communication skills and strong relationship-building ability.
  • Passion for continual practice, process improvement, and awareness of design trends and innovation.
