Description

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for healthcare provider positions across multiple states.
  • Create and maintain job postings in the ATS and on job boards such as Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and LinkedIn.
  • Source, screen, and engage qualified candidates.
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
  • Prepare and extend employment offers.
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies and provide weekly recruitment pipeline updates.
  • Represent Ennoble Care professionally and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Demonstrate Ennoble Care's core values of compassion, teamwork, respect, integrity, accountability, and quality service.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience required.
  • Minimum 3–4 years of provider recruitment experience required.
  • Experience recruiting Physicians, Nurse Practitioners (NPs), and Physician Assistants (PAs) preferred.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry or a strong desire to learn healthcare.
  • Experience with high-volume recruiting is a plus.
  • Experience with Greenhouse Applicant Tracking System (ATS) preferred.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, relationship-building, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain and update data in multiple electronic databases.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and experience with a variety of business software applications.
