Description

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple roles and business units, including search strategy, candidate engagement, interview coordination, and offer execution.
  • Proactively source and engage talent using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, referrals, and professional networking.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines with a focus on passive candidates and hard-to-reach profiles.
  • Deliver a high-touch candidate experience from initial outreach through offer stage.
  • Develop market mapping and talent intelligence to inform search strategy and hiring decisions.
  • Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to align on role requirements, candidate profiles, and market realities.
  • Operate with strong ownership and sound judgment to move searches forward with limited oversight.
  • Maintain accurate recruiting data and use metrics and pipeline insights to track progress and improve efficiency.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience.
  • At least 1 year of hands-on technical recruiting exposure.
  • Demonstrated success sourcing talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, CRM/ATS tools, and market research.
  • Proven ability to build pipelines beyond active applicants.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience partnering with hiring managers and senior stakeholders across multiple searches.
  • Strong understanding of the technology landscape and the ability to learn complex technical concepts quickly.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
