Description

  • Attend leadership and management meetings to strengthen accountability and provide feedback and coaching.
  • Identify patterns across teams and advise on capability gaps.
  • Help managers prepare for difficult performance and development discussions.
  • Help managers set clear results and expectations and provide meaningful feedback.
  • Review performance cases and provide guidance on managing issues consistently and fairly.
  • Coach managers to hold regular, high-quality performance conversations.
  • Challenge leaders when performance is not being discussed.
  • Follow up with managers to reinforce desired behaviours.

Requirements

  • Currently active NATO SECRET security clearance is required.
  • 8–15 years of experience in leadership development, organizational development, HR business partnering, and/or operational leadership.
  • Ability to build credibility quickly with senior managers.
  • Strong understanding of effective management practices.
  • Excellent coaching and influencing skills.
  • Experience embedding sustainable behavioural change in organisations.
  • Confidence to challenge managers and executives constructively.
