Description

  • Lead and manage IT security projects end-to-end from planning through delivery.
  • Track project status, monitor progress, and provide clear updates to stakeholders.
  • Identify, escalate, and resolve risks and issues proactively.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, timelines, and dependencies.
  • Create, assign, and manage tasks across project teams.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, leadership, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to EPMO standards, project charters, and required documentation.
  • Facilitate status meetings, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
  • Drive audit remediation efforts and ensure issues are resolved.
  • Support change management initiatives and oversee technical deployments.

Requirements

  • 8 years of project management experience, including 5 years leading IT security initiatives.
  • Proven hands-on experience as a Technical Project Manager in a cybersecurity environment.
  • Experience working in an EPMO or PMO environment with governance, charter development, and documentation requirements.
  • Strong ability to manage complex projects, not just coordinate them.
  • Experience with Microsoft Project for planning and tracking.
  • Experience with the ServiceNow SPM module, or exposure to it if direct experience is limited.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong understanding of audit remediation, risk management, and compliance.
  • Experience managing change management efforts and technical deployments.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
