Description

  • Consult with couples to understand their destination wedding or honeymoon vision, preferences, and budget.
  • Research and recommend suitable wedding venues, resorts, and travel packages.
  • Coordinate flights, accommodations, transportation, excursions, and other travel arrangements.
  • Liaise with wedding coordinators, resort representatives, and vendors to support seamless events.
  • Advise clients on passport and visa requirements, travel insurance, and destination-specific regulations.
  • Maintain professional client communication from initial inquiry through post-trip follow-up.
  • Stay current on destination wedding and honeymoon travel trends.

Requirements

  • Experience in travel planning, event coordination, or hospitality is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of romantic destinations, luxury resorts, and wedding venues.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client bookings.
  • Experience with travel booking systems or CRM software is preferred.
  • Travel certification or destination wedding planning certification is a bonus.
