Description

  • Build relationships and trust with the Talent Acquisition team, cross-functional partners, and hiring stakeholders.
  • Coordinate high volumes of virtual and in-person interviews across multiple stakeholders and complex schedules.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates and manage timely, professional communication throughout the process.
  • Handle candidate travel arrangements and expense processing for in-person interviews.
  • Schedule post-interview activities such as debriefs and reference checks.
  • Generate offer letters.
  • Contribute to data-driven improvements and ad hoc projects that enhance recruiting processes and candidate experience programs.

Requirements

  • C1/C2 English proficiency.
  • Effective communication and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with evolving needs.
  • Collaborative mindset and openness to feedback.
  • Proactive approach to resolving ambiguous challenges.
  • Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Interest in technology and artificial intelligence.
