Description

  • Build and maintain scalable data pipelines, tables, and datasets for campaign targeting, activation, and performance measurement.
  • Develop campaign-ready audience segments using eligibility criteria, product adoption signals, and segmentation logic.
  • Design and maintain tracking infrastructure for campaign attribution, pacing, conversion tracking, and performance analysis.
  • Partner with campaign operations teams to validate data before launch and ensure high-quality execution.
  • Develop dashboards and automated reports for campaign performance, outreach coverage, and program health.
  • Monitor data quality, resolve data integrity issues, maintain documentation, and ensure governance across campaign datasets.
  • Collaborate with Partner Management, Data Foundations, Product, and Operations teams to turn business needs into analytics solutions.
  • Participate in internal practice meetings, thought leadership, client case studies, and networking activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3–5+ years of experience writing advanced SQL, including Hive, Presto, MySQL, or similar.
  • Experience building and maintaining scalable data pipelines and data tables.
  • Experience developing audience segmentation and campaign-ready datasets at scale.
  • Experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Salesforce Data Cloud.
  • Experience developing dashboards and automated reporting solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of data quality assurance, validation, and governance practices.
  • Excellent ability to communicate technical concepts and data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Experience supporting large-scale marketing, partnership, or campaign analytics programs (preferred).
  • Experience working with cross-functional Product, Operations, and Data Engineering teams (preferred).
  • Experience building campaign measurement, attribution, and conversion tracking solutions (preferred).
  • Experience supporting enterprise-scale outreach or customer engagement initiatives (preferred).
  • Experience within large technology or digital platform organizations (preferred).
