Description

Design and develop analytics models and tools to optimize transportation cost, speed, and network performance.
Own and enhance carrier performance dashboards, routing and ship-speed optimizers, chargeback systems, and cost benchmarking engines.
Deliver predictive and real-time reporting on KPIs such as transit time, on-time delivery, and freight spend.
Provide ad hoc decision support within a 24-hour SLA, translating business questions into actionable insights.
Collaborate cross-functionally to support automation and scalable analytics solutions.
Improve data accuracy and strengthen transportation performance management across the business.
Support business decisions with clear, forward-looking insights for operational planning and execution.

Requirements

4 to 6+ years of analytics experience, ideally in transportation, supply chain, logistics, or ecommerce operations.
Strong SQL skills in Snowflake, Starburst, or similar platforms.
Advanced Excel skills.
Power BI proficiency, including building dashboards and DAX measures from scratch.
Ability to write and optimize complex queries independently.
Self-directed problem solver who can scope ambiguous questions, pull data, and deliver insights with minimal oversight.
Excellent written and verbal English skills.
Experience presenting findings directly to US-based leaders and stakeholders.
Experience working across time zones with US teams.
Preferred exposure to carrier rate analysis, freight cost modeling, or warehouse/inbound operations data.
Remote role requiring an available work-from-home setup.
Own dual monitors, a PC headset, and an HD external or integrated webcam (720p minimum).
Desktop/laptop must have a 4th generation or higher Intel i3 or equivalent processor, at least 4GB RAM, and Windows 10+ or macOS.
A strong, stable wired internet connection with at least a 10 Mbps DSL, cable, or fiber plan.
