Description

Design backend APIs and services that connect and synchronize data between AWS and Azure.
Build connectors between cloud-native services such as S3, SQS, Blob Storage, and Event Grid.
Implement event-driven architectures using queues, webhooks, and pub/sub patterns.
Select the most appropriate stack for each integration, including Python, Node.js/TS, Java, Go, or other languages.
Design API contracts using REST, GraphQL, or gRPC, including versioning, authentication, and security.
Write production-ready code and participate in code reviews.
Use generative AI tools to accelerate development and documentation.
Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions and ArgoCD.
Manage infrastructure as code with Terraform across AWS and Azure.
Deploy and operate services on Kubernetes using Helm.
Provide observability and support with tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and Datadog, including on-call rotations if needed.
Serve as the technical point of contact for the client across development and DevOps.

Requirements

Strong backend experience in at least one core language: Python, Node.js/TS, Java, or Go.
Experience with AWS and Azure services such as S3, Blob Storage, SQS, Event Grid, Lambda/Functions, and API Gateway.
Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD.
Experience with cross-cloud data synchronization or multi-cloud integrations (preferred).
Familiarity with Kafka, EventBridge, or Service Bus (preferred).
Experience with Pulumi (preferred).
Knowledge of multi-cloud cost and performance optimization (preferred).
Experience applying GenAI and RAG to automation tasks (preferred).
Consulting experience with direct client exposure (preferred).
Strong communication skills for working with clients and cross-functional teams.
Ownership mindset across the full lifecycle: code, deployment, and operations.
Comfort acting as a technical reference in both development and DevOps.
Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field; master’s degree preferred.
Advanced English, spoken and written.
Availability for hybrid work with on-site presence as needed for the project.
