Description

  • Define, maintain, and publish the master release calendar across multiple agile product squads and platforms.
  • Lead release governance, including go/no-go readiness reviews and approval coordination with change advisory stakeholders.
  • Verify release readiness by checking test coverage, security compliance, environment configurations, and rollback runbooks before production deployment.
  • Coordinate release paths across cloud services, enterprise CRM, and ERP systems with complex dependencies.
  • Oversee non-production environments such as development, sandbox, QA, and staging to prevent drift and conflicts.
  • Work with DevOps and platform teams to automate build-test-deploy pipelines and improve release cadence.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for release status, schedules, dependencies, and post-deployment impact reporting.
  • Coordinate incident response for release anomalies, including triage, hotfix deployments, and rollback procedures.
  • Bridge engineering, product, QA, and operations to ensure updates, features, and integrations deploy with minimal disruption.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing complex software releases and deployments in large-scale, multi-stream enterprise environments.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban, version control with Git branching strategies, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to map intricate dependencies across parallel delivery teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication skills, including translating technical release risks into business impact.
  • Experience working collaboratively in ambiguous, complex problem-solving environments.
  • Comfortable working in a highly collaborative, technical-adjacent coordination role.
  • Knowledge of AWS cloud ecosystem, including serverless and infrastructure-as-code, is desirable but not essential.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or Salesforce Industries (formerly Vlocity) is desirable but not essential.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations is desirable but not essential.
