Description

  • Lead the creation of the company website, including platform selection, structure, content, and ongoing updates.
  • Establish and manage social media profiles on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Maintain consistent branding and messaging across all digital channels.
  • Source and scrape leads from property platforms such as Property Guru.
  • Identify property opportunities, owners, and agents, and build a structured lead database.
  • Support outbound targeting efforts within the Christchurch property market.
  • Develop and execute monthly email campaigns targeting Christchurch-based agents.
  • Create email and social content related to market activity, listings, insights, and opportunities.
  • Maintain and update website content, including listings, blogs, and market insights.
  • Monitor the Christchurch property market and provide regular insights on trends, pricing movements, and investment opportunities.

Requirements

  • Direct experience in the New Zealand property industry, such as real estate, property management, development, or investment.
  • Strong understanding of NZ property platforms, including Property Guru.
  • Experience in digital marketing, lead generation, or social media management.
  • Ability to build and manage a website using Shopify, WordPress, Webflow, or a similar platform.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for email campaigns and content creation.
  • Highly organised and able to work independently.
  • Experience working with the Christchurch property market, preferred.
  • Familiarity with commercial property, preferred.
  • Basic SEO and analytics knowledge, preferred.
  • Experience with CRM systems or lead management tools, preferred.

Benefits

  • Salary of PHP 95,000 to 107,000 per month.
