Description

  • Support accounting and controlling activities for IT separation projects.
  • Review project charters and ensure alignment with accounting standards.
  • Execute the standard project controlling process and manage monthly reporting packages for separation activities.
  • Manage accounting and controlling responsibilities related to transition service agreements.
  • Calculate, process, and adjust invoices in line with contract terms and amendments.
  • Reconcile records across books, issued invoices, and cash positions.
  • Recharge relevant non-IT business units as needed.
  • Prepare forecasts for future payments, including all contractual changes.
  • Prepare journal entries for monthly service agreement close activities.
  • Perform monthly reconciliations to ensure service fees are accurately booked and deadlines are met.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • Solid knowledge of accounting principles and experience executing financial controls.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to meet strict deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including memos, conclusions, and slides.
  • Proven ability to work in complex corporate environments and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • SAP experience is an advantage.
  • Previous experience with similar projects or within the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
  • Candidates must provide a criminal record extract not older than three months.
