Description

  • Conduct discreet evaluations of luxury brands in-store, online, or through both channels.
  • Provide objective feedback about each experience through a questionnaire.
  • Select assignments that match personal profile and interests.
  • Complete questionnaires after each evaluation.
  • Follow project objectives and any special requirements set by the luxury brand.
  • Register, complete profile verification, and pass the general certification to become eligible for assignments.
  • Browse and apply for available missions through the platform or mobile application.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must be an existing customer of premium and luxury brands.
  • Must not be contractually engaged with any retail brand to preserve evaluation integrity.
  • Punctual, organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
  • Observant and passionate about customer experience.
  • No prior experience is required.
  • Must be willing to complete a general certification and profile verification process.
  • Must be comfortable using the online platform and mobile application to manage assignments.
