Description

Host free test ride appointments booked through the company website.
Meet prospects at agreed locations in Cologne and introduce the e-bike.
Guide customers through a short test ride and answer product questions confidently.
Create a warm, memorable in-person experience that represents the brand well.
Follow up after test rides by message, email, or phone to support the purchase decision.
Keep your schedule and availability updated.
Report test ride outcomes and related follow-up results.

Requirements

Live in or near Cologne and know the city well.
Have a passion for cycling and be able to represent the brand with energy and professionalism.
Be comfortable speaking with strangers and guiding them through a product experience.
Sales or customer-facing experience is a plus, especially in retail, hospitality, events, or field sales.
Be reliable, organized, and responsive.
Speak German and English.
Be comfortable discussing topics such as setup, features, range, theft protection, the app, financing, and delivery.

Benefits

Paid for every test ride: EUR 24 per test ride, VAT excluded.
4% commission on each sale, VAT excluded.
