Description

  • Host free test ride appointments booked through the company website.
  • Meet prospects at agreed locations in Brussels and introduce the bike.
  • Guide customers through short test rides and answer questions about setup, features, range, theft protection, the app, financing, and delivery.
  • Create a warm, memorable in-person brand experience for prospects.
  • Follow up after test rides by message, email, or phone to support customers toward purchase.
  • Keep availability and scheduling information up to date.
  • Report test ride outcomes and sales-related results.
  • Represent Cowboy with energy, professionalism, and a customer-focused approach.

Requirements

  • Live in or near Brussels and know the city well.
  • Be comfortable cycling and representing the brand enthusiastically and professionally.
  • Be comfortable speaking with strangers and guiding them through a product experience.
  • Sales or customer-facing experience is a plus, including retail, hospitality, events, or field sales.
  • Be reliable, organized, and responsive.
  • Speak French and English.
  • Dutch is a plus.
