Description

Host free test ride appointments booked through the company website.
Meet prospects at agreed locations in Antwerp and guide them through a short test ride.
Introduce the bike and explain key product details clearly and confidently.
Answer customer questions about setup, features, range, theft protection, app use, financing, and delivery.
Create a warm, positive in-person experience that reflects the brand.
Follow up with prospects after the ride by message, email, or phone to support purchase decisions.
Keep your schedule and availability updated.
Report test ride outcomes and sales progress.

Requirements

Live in or near Antwerp and know the city well.
Be comfortable working independently and meeting prospects one-on-one.
Love cycling and be able to represent Cowboy with energy and professionalism.
Be comfortable speaking with strangers and guiding them through a product experience.
Sales or customer-facing experience is a plus, including retail, hospitality, events, or field sales.
Be reliable, organized, and responsive.
Speak Dutch and English.
French is a plus.
