Description

  • Host free test ride appointments booked through the website.
  • Meet prospects at agreed locations in Amsterdam and guide a short test ride.
  • Introduce the bike and explain key features, setup, range, theft protection, app, financing, and delivery.
  • Create a warm, memorable customer experience that represents the Cowboy brand.
  • Follow up after each ride by message, email, or call to support the purchase decision.
  • Keep your schedule and availability updated and report outcomes after each appointment.

Requirements

  • You live in or near Amsterdam and know the city well.
  • You love cycling and can represent the Cowboy brand with energy and professionalism.
  • You are comfortable speaking with strangers and guiding them through a product experience.
  • Sales or customer-facing experience is a plus, including retail, hospitality, events, or field sales.
  • You are reliable, organized, and responsive.
  • You speak Dutch and English.
  • You are comfortable working independently.
  • Preferred: experience in retail, hospitality, events, or field sales.
