Description

Perform document review work, including privilege and responsiveness review.
Apply redactions and conduct first- and second-level review as needed.
Use electronic document review platforms such as Relativity, Concordance, or ViewPoint.
Participate in conceptual searching and other review workflows.
Support foreign language translation and legal research tasks when assigned.
Work on project-based schedules and locations, including remote assignments.
Collaborate as part of a document review team on client matters.

Requirements

Fluency in Portuguese.
Familiarity with document review workflows, including privilege/responsiveness review, redactions, conceptual searching, and first- and second-review processes.
Experience with electronic document review technology such as Relativity, Concordance, or ViewPoint.
Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and standing in good standing.
Preferred: experience as a member of a document review team.
Preferred: familiarity with Relativity 9.0 or higher.
Preferred: 2+ years of legal support experience.
Ability to work on a project-by-project basis with schedules and remote arrangements determined per assignment.
