Description

Review documents for privilege, responsiveness, redactions, and related issues.
Perform first-pass and second-pass document review as needed.
Use electronic document review platforms to manage and analyze case materials.
Support document review team workflows on project-specific assignments.
Assist with legal research, expert testimony support, and foreign language translation when assigned.
Collaborate with project managers and other review team members to improve efficiency and workflow quality.
Work remotely or on-site based on project needs and availability.
Follow project-specific hours and location requirements, including possible non-standard business hours.

Requirements

Fluency in Portuguese.
Familiarity with document review workflows, including privilege/responsiveness review, redactions, conceptual searching, and first- and second-level review.
Experience with electronic document review technology such as Relativity, Concordance, or ViewPoint.
Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and membership in good standing.
Preferred: experience as a member of a document review team.
Preferred: familiarity with Relativity 9.0 or higher.
Preferred: 2+ years of legal support experience.
Ability to work on a project-by-project basis with varying remote, location, and hour requirements.
