Description

  • Review documents for privilege, responsiveness, and other issue tags in eDiscovery matters.
  • Perform redactions, conceptual searching, and first- and second-level document review.
  • Use electronic document review platforms to manage and analyze case materials.
  • Assist with legal research and foreign language translation as needed.
  • Work as part of a document review team on project-based assignments.
  • Support privilege review and other attorney review tasks for client projects.
  • Follow project-specific workflows, deadlines, and review protocols.
  • Contribute to efficient and streamlined document review processes.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Portuguese.
  • Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and good standing.
  • Familiarity with document review workflows, including privilege/responsiveness review, redactions, conceptual searching, and first- and second-level review.
  • Experience with electronic document review technology such as Relativity, Concordance, or ViewPoint.
  • Preferred: experience as a member of a document review team.
  • Preferred: familiarity with Relativity 9.0 or higher.
  • Preferred: 2+ years of legal support experience.
  • Ability to work remotely on a project-by-project basis.
  • Hours and work location may vary by project, including potential work outside standard business hours.
