Description

  • Review documents for privilege and responsiveness in eDiscovery projects.
  • Perform redactions, conceptual searching, and first- and second-level review.
  • Use electronic document review platforms to manage review assignments.
  • Assist with legal research and foreign language translation as needed.
  • Work as part of a document review team on project-based matters.
  • Support document review workflows and related case-specific tasks.
  • Contribute to efficient review processes under project manager direction.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Portuguese.
  • Familiarity with document review workflows, including privilege/responsiveness review, redactions, conceptual searching, and first- and second-level review.
  • Experience with electronic document review technology such as Relativity, Concordance, or ViewPoint.
  • Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and standing in good standing.
  • Experience as a member of a document review team is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Relativity 9.0 or higher is preferred.
  • 2+ years of legal support experience is preferred.
  • Availability for project-based hours and location, including potential remote work and outside standard business hours, as determined on a project-by-project basis.

Benefits

  • $34 per hour compensation.
  • Remote work may be available depending on the project.
  • Hybrid work may be available depending on the project.
  • Project-based scheduling with location and hours set per assignment.
