Description

  • Review documents for privilege, responsiveness, and related issues.
  • Perform redactions as part of the document review workflow.
  • Conduct conceptual searches and support first- and second-level review.
  • Work with electronic document review platforms and tools.
  • Assist with legal research and foreign language translation as needed.
  • Contribute to document review team operations on a project-by-project basis.
  • Follow project-specific work hours and location arrangements, including remote assignments.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Portuguese.
  • Familiarity with document review workflows, including privilege review, responsiveness review, redactions, conceptual searching, and first- and second-level review.
  • Experience with electronic document review technology such as Relativity, Concordance, or ViewPoint.
  • Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and standing in good standing.
  • Preferred: experience as a member of a document review team.
  • Preferred: familiarity with Relativity 9.0 or higher.
  • Preferred: 2+ years of legal support experience.
  • Ability to work on a project-by-project schedule, including potential remote work and hours outside standard business hours.
